Yes, just [install another instance](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL-cloud.md) of Discourse elsewhere, in the [same server behind a reverse proxy](https://meta.discourse.org/t/running-other-websites-on-the-same-machine-as-discourse/17247), or using [multisite](https://meta.discourse.org/t/multisite-configuration-with-docker/14084).
