동의합니다. @markvanlan 님, 기존 초안 시스템을 통해 이 기능의 대부분을 무료로 구현할 수 있을까요?

채팅에서 초안을 사용하는 것은 필수 요건은 아니지만, 어차피 이 부분을 다룰 거라면 여러 주제에 대한 초안을 작성할 수 있는 기능을 다시 검토해 보고 싶습니다 [(1)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/cant-have-multiple-new-topic-drafts/194427/) [(2)](https://meta.discourse.org/t/creating-multiple-drafts-for-publishing-later/50697). 어차피 이미 이를 위한 전용 공간이 마련되어 있거든요:
