按开发优先级顺序排列的功能 IMHO：

- 允许管理员确定谁可以使用该功能
- 允许授权用户创建重复性主题
- 用户指定标题和类别/标签
- 系统可选地添加“期号”、日期范围（例如，第 23 周，12 月，1 月 1 日 - 7 日）。这肯定会与格式和变量而不是预设值一起更好地工作
- 当新主题发布时，前一个主题将被锁定，系统将链接新主题
- 允许编辑后续主题的计划/标题（我认为不是已创建的主题）
