The ask.discourse.com was just an example, you can enable the same thing on your community too, it’s just the AI Bot feature. We also have it available on meta at https://meta.discourse.org/discourse-ai/ai-bot/conversations though probably only for some users.
We do take feedback seriously though, and while folks tend not to see it, there’s a lot of work behind the scenes.
