只需在“设置”-\>“自定义”中更新“主题列表预览”主题组件。

在此主题组件列表中，您应该会看到 TLP。

使用提供的按钮手动检查更新：

并按照说明进行操作。

请注意，如果选中该复选框，则在升级 Discourse 时也会进行更新。
