# Search within a topic

### Description

When you search within a topic, the “advanced search” button at the end of the search field and the “x” show above each other and next to each other.

### Repro Steps

Visit a topic, start typing a search term, use the “in this topic” option.

### Additional Comments

I noticed this theme shows 2 “advanced search” buttons - the 🔍 at the beginning and the default one at the end. I sometimes try to use the 🔍 like I use the enter key. But that deletes my input.

It is correct on meta with the default theme.

This was actually an issue with the Discourse Search Banner component. It has now been fixed 👍
