I am trying to add a secondary email address, but when I navigate to Profile/Preferences/Accounts it only shows the primary email address, but no add secondary button.

it was the email_editable setting, Thanks.

Please provide more info for this issue

The button to add another email address is hidden if the email_editable or the auth_overrides_email site settings disallow editing emails.
