# フォーラムリリースを安定版のみに更新する安全な方法

長らく、デフォルトのテスト合格リリースでDiscourseを使用しています。

フォーラムを安定リリースのみを使用するように設定し、年に数回のアップグレードにしたいと考えています。

`app.yml`の安定ブランチを`version: stable`を使用して設定する方法を読みました。

しかし、いつでも安全に変更し、フォーラムを再構築できるかどうかが懸念事項です。  
現在、最新のBeta5リリースを使用しており、最後の安定リリースからデータベースやその他の部分に破壊的な変更が加えられているのではないかと心配しています。

いつでも実行できますか、それとも次の安定リリースを待つ必要がありますか？

現在、フォーラムに以前ほど多くの時間を割くことができないため、年に数回のアップグレードにしたいと考えています。
