Good idea, and the timing is excellent now that the TL3 work is nearing completion.
At the other end of the trust-level progression, I think some of this could also be useful for people who help out on Discourse forums, particularly moderators and community regulars.
A recurring question is how a user can advance beyond TL-0 to the next trust level so they can, for example, post links, include more links, paste images, or gain other capabilities that are restricted at TL-0.
Those explanations are often written manually, even though much of the answer depends on measurable trust-level requirements. It would be useful if some of that guidance could eventually be automated: show the user where they are, what requirement is currently preventing advancement, and what they can reasonably do to become eligible.
The TL3 Progress plugin already has some of the plumbing needed for that kind of feature, particularly its ability to expose individual requirements, progress, and the next-closest requirement.
