What would you like done?

We want to customize the theme, not any functionality. I have examples/desired results based off a few really popular competing website forums.

When do you need it done?

once agreed upon, 2-4 weeks.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?

negotiable, based off time needed / experience.

basically we want the discourse but to rearrange some of the layout.
