I already have that setting enabled, but in some locales people speak multiple languages and can prefer one site language over the other. I am sure a theme component can do it. I don’t remember seeing one and didn’t find one when I searched quickly. I think it’s 1-3 hours depending on how configurable and pretty your want it.
