Different behavior when flagging as “Something Else”

I wanted to flag a post with reasoning and saw that the expected behavior has changed and half of the Flag list is lost. Steps to repro: Press the flag icon Click “Something else” Then, the following should appear: [14 Μαΐου 2020] Using my iPad 7th Gen
