The minimum requirements are listed in the [installation documentation](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/blob/master/docs/INSTALL.md):

- modern single core CPU, dual core recommended
- 1 GB RAM minimum (with [swap](https://meta.discourse.org/t/create-a-swapfile-for-your-linux-server/13880))
- 64 bit Linux compatible with Docker
- 10 GB disk space minimum
