# 发送测试邮件不显示状态

Earlier on, I remember it used to say Sent right next to the input field:

but that isn’t happening anymore. I don’t remember correctly but I think there was a topic last month where this was being discussed.

Emails actually get delivered, can be verified from the email logs. The only thing not working is the sent message not coming up when an email is sent successfully.

Looks like it regressed in [this PR](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/6308). Now fixed via:
