# 강등 전에 tl3에게 경고 전송

tl3 사용자는 `tl3 promotion min duration`에 지정된 기간 동안 활동이 감소하면 tl2 레벨로 강등됩니다.

강등하기 전에 해당 사용자에게 시스템 메시지를 보내 이 같은 경고를 전달할 수 있다면 더 나을 것입니다. 이 사용자들은 열심히 활동하고 있으며, 예측할 수 없는 강등은 그들에게 불쾌할 수 있습니다.
