# Separating FAQ and Community Guidelines - need advice!

Hi there! I’m working on setting up stronger [community guidelines](https://meta.discourse.org/guidelines) for our forum. Right now the both the /guidelines and /faq urls on the forum link to a page called “FAQ”.

The welcome message from Discobot which contains the link to the current [community guidelines](https://meta.discourse.org/guidelines) also directs to this FAQ page.

And the hamburger menu on the right side has a link to “FAQ” as well - again, the same page.

Now I’d love to replace this FAQ with our [Community Guidelines](https://meta.discourse.org/guidelines) and eventually create another page for the FAQ. Has anyone had this issue before? How did you deal with the url issue?

Search for FAQ in the admin. There’s a setting that allows you to set that link to any url you want

You can also edit the FAQ to your linking

Note that if you set faq\_url, the existing FAQ document turns into the [community guidelines](https://meta.discourse.org/guidelines) document.
