# 服务器从ubuntu 18升级到20

已有报告表明它可以正常工作。操作系统升级期间会需要一些停机时间，但应该可以正常运行。

我更喜欢启动一台带有全新操作系统的新 EC2 实例，然后按照 [Move your Discourse Instance to a Different Server](https://meta.discourse.org/t/move-your-discourse-instance-to-a-different-server/15721) 中的描述复制数据。

（我从 Linux 内核升级通常还需要替换所有二进制文件的时代就开始使用 Linux 了，所以我的某些做法可能已经过时了。😉）
