Service not available | Update Error due to broken plugin.
The forum owner, Robodaniel, encountered an error while updating the forum, resulting in the service being unavailable. After executing the update commands (git pull, ./launcher rebuild app), they received an error message.
Robodaniel attempted to restart the service using ./launcher start app, but it was unsuccessful.
Further investigation led Robodaniel to discover that a faulty plugin was causing the issue. By adding ## before the git command in the app.yaml file, the forum became available again.
According to Stephen, hashing out the line before a rebuild effectively uninstalls the plugin. However, it may require a process of elimination to identify the specific broken plugin, and checking the #plugin section for flagged plugins is recommended.
I think I’ve found the reason why my forum crashed during the update.
If I add two hastags (##) before every git command in app.yaml file the forum is available.
One of the plugins is fault - how to uninstall it manually?
