Confirmed! Disabling Adblock Plus also makes _my_ [symptoms](https://meta.discourse.org/t/serviceworker-thinks-im-offline-when-im-not/77886) go away!

There’s definitely an unexpected interaction here with ABP and ServiceWorker.
