# Set user title based on primary staff group

Hi,
I can’t seem to find the answer to this.
Discourse comes with staff and admin user groups. I have my profile in both of these groups, but it does not give a ‘primary group’ option for either of these, and so they aren’t automatically selectable as user titles. I made one custom group, and that one is showing as a primary group option (and thus with a user title) - but not staff or admin.
Why is that? I don’t really want to have to set custom text titles for every staff member, I would prefer it to work automatically based on the users that _are_ within the staff (or admin) group.
Do I have my logic wrong on this? Please advise thanks!
