I was looking for a way to disable invites when I was suggested by @watchmanmonitor at https://meta.discourse.org/t/disable-invites/21796/3?u=navjotjsingh to set max invites per day to zero. Well I tried that and I could still send invite using a member’s account that is at Trust level 2.

This was never intended to “work”, so it would be a feature request.

Oh okay. Then I would like Discourse to provide a simple way to disable the invite system.

What should it do at 0 then?

I just tried setting it to 0, and it limits to one invite per user.
