# Shadow Banning Info?

Can someone please point me to info about shadow banning? I’ve searched and searched and don’t see anything…

Discourse doesn’t have shadow ban by default.

There is a plugin here: [Discourse Shadowban](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-shadowban/85041) but it should be a bit rough around the edges.
