Not sure how to achieve this feature any guidance will be of great help. Essentially how does the meta information about the post appears on the top and the link follows below.

Apologies @codinghorror. The snapshot is from my cell phone where I shared a link on whatsapp to a friend. What I am looking for is how does the part in pink border below appear. Is there a setting for that? Its like a mini preview of the content. Sorry I am unable to find the right description of my ask perhaps.
