Also, does the iframe need to have a fixed height, or is it possible to make it adapt to the number of comments, like the current embed does?

It is not impossible to create a message passing to the parent, but it is not something I explored yet.

One more question: GTM/Analytics code will be loaded or blocked inside this embed? The ideal would be to not load it, or the stats will be duplicated (blog + discourse triggering two pageviews at once).

Also another thing that should be easy to add.
