当有人链接到我的帖子但没有@提到我时，我是否应该收到通知？

我刚刚收到了关于[这篇帖子](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-to-make-embedded-videos-full-width/149152)的以下消息。当时也没有收到站内通知，所以这让我有点困惑：
