# Show a loader starting page for slow connections?

I cannot answer to @jomaxro [over there](https://meta.discourse.org/t/2-9-0-beta6-whisper-improvements-loading-splash-screen-security-fix-and-more/231585) but there is a little stylesheet issue when I run this in my Android 9 [Kiwi Browser](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kiwibrowser.browser) 101.0.4951.40:

The text appears on top over the coloured discs instead of beneath.  
So it’s not as legible as it is intended to be in the design screen captures.

Same occurs even when I disable all my extensions, [Stylus](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/stylus/clngdbkpkpeebahjckkjfobafhncgmne) and [Violentmonkey](https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/violentmonkey/jinjaccalgkegednnccohejagnlnfdag).
