For the monthly and yearly periods, they go back 1 month ago and 1 year ago, so the actual dates will need to be something like “May 30 - Today” and “June 2014 - Today”. ---

Yeah that’s fine. Also add quarter time range, since there’s precious little between “month” and “year”. ---

Ok this is in, in preliminary form, for `/top`. Needs a few tweaks (All time should show dates) and the Quarter (4 month) time range to be added. Also bear in mind we want this same behavior on the `/users` pages as well. ---
