# Show create tag form to all users who may create tags

In a recent update, discourse added the possibility to create tags directly from the tag overview page.
However, the associated form is not visible to all users that may create tags.
This should probably be changed.

Hm, why do you think that should be opened up to all users? It feels like an admin task to me. It doesn’t seem necessary that a normal user can create tags in bulk. What use case do you have?

It would not be opened up to all users, just to users with the respective permission. By default, that is TL3.
In my experience, creating tags when changing topics can be a bit awkward as a TL3 user.
