공개 투표에 표시되는 사용자 아이콘에 마우스를 올렸을 때, [Discourse Show Fullname in Mentions](https://meta.discourse.org/t/discourse-show-fullname-in-mentions/216319) 와 유사하게 사용자 이름 대신 전체 이름을 표시할 수 있어야 합니다.
