[FEATURE: add "New category" action to sidebar for admins - Pull Request #37082 - discourse/discourse - GitHub](https://github.com/discourse/discourse/pull/37082) 은 카테고리 생성을 더 쉽게 할 수 있는 새로운 메뉴를 추가했습니다.

`Moderators manage categories` 사이트 설정이 활성화된 경우, 이 메뉴가 관리자에게도 표시되도록 제안합니다.
