Pouvez-vous clarifier ce que vous entendez par « champ Titre du profil » ?

Quant à la façon de masquer les noms d’utilisateur, en fonction des paramètres de votre site Web, vous pouvez essayer ceci :

```css
.names .second.username {
    display: none;
}

```
