Device notify: let I visited [meta.discourse.org](http://meta.discourse.org) with my Android It will show on my profile that I am On the site With an Android devices on mobile. When you I visited with laptop it tells what device I visited the site and the operating system.

Device + operating system  
Mobile + Android  
Mobile + windows  
Mobile + iPhone  
Laptop + windows  
Laptop + Linux  
Laptop +Ubuntu  
Laptop + mac os  
Laptop + remixos

site tells where one is coming from

I support adding something like this, track old IPs and user agents, as a starter in the admin interface. Not scheduled for any release yet.

PR welcome provided visual mocks of exact proposed behavior are provided upfront.
