Discourse Chatbot now requires the embedding extension on the PostgreSQL database.
                  See required changes to `app.yml` described at:
              https://github.com/merefield/discourse-chatbot/pull/33
            Alternatively, you can remove Discourse Chatbot to rebuild.

I think you’re using @merefield’s Discourse Chatbot 🤖 (Now smarter than ChatGPT!*). It’s had a breaking change and you need to add an extra snippet to your app.yml - FEATURE: Semantic Search by merefield · Pull Request #33 · merefield/discourse-chatbot · GitHub
