# 启用 hCaptcha 且未配置密钥时注册无法进行

在我们的（官方托管的）实例上，hCaptcha 插件默认已开启，但（出于显而易见的原因）未配置 hCaptcha 帐户。我们刚刚收到一名用户报告，称他们无法注册并收到消息：

> hCaptcha 出现问题，如果问题持续存在，请联系系统管理员

关闭 hCaptcha 插件似乎可以解决问题。  
目前尚不清楚有多少用户受到影响，因为未经注册的用户必须通过其他渠道联系我们。因此，仅供其他管理员参考。
