Dear Sam, you are great! I caused this problem myself. I set a default watch category for users with Trust_level_0. This created a problem and signups failed. So I deleted the watched category for this group and now signups are working.

Nope, I didn’t come out how to do it. Maybe it’s possible with groups? Add new users to a specific group automatically by default and set this group to watch some tag or category. That’s strange to me that we can’t do it with Trust levels. Let me know if you could do it with a group.
