# Siteground email

Hi have installed Discourse on Digital Ocean using the above email credentials

The install is successful but no email arrives i have followed the siteground/email thread but to no avail.

Using telnet i can connect to [makercity.co.uk](http://makercity.co.uk) using port 465 but not 2525. I also note that i cannot connect to [discourse.makercity.co.uk](http://discourse.makercity.co.uk) using telnet.

Would really appreciate any pointers
