SketchUp: authorization error when signing up

So a few people emailed me and said that when they sign up they get an " error authorization". I just tried it and I get the same thing. See below:

Have any settings in the admin ⇨ settings ⇨ login area been changed? Are there any errors being reported in the admin ⇨ logs ⇨ errors section that might be related?

The login settings have not been changed, but yes we see errors being reported in the admin logs error section. I have some engineers looking into it on our end to try to figure out what broke.
