# Smarter emoji completion (thumbsup before thumbsdown)

When I type in `:thumbs` it suggests that I use `:thumbsdown:` which is a much less commonly used emoji than 👍. I’m guessing Discourse suggests emojis alphabetically but in this case that isn’t so nice.

Slack and other applications suggest thumbs up first. I’m not sure if they evaluate which is most common or if there’s another way but it would be a slightly better UX to have 👍 to be a priority over 👎

I use `:+1` which is way shorter. Try that.
