Seeing some missing avatars in the topic view, when those avatars should obviously exist. The “sam” avatar in the last box is pointing to

For personal installations (we don’t use CDN) this appears to be working fine after a browser full refresh. This issue may be specific to CDN users.

No it was a bug, also all installs will need a rebake, need to figure out how to make it happen.

Have a variable that you increment each time a global/post rebake is required? During update rake tasks check ‘if less than’ do rebake.

Might this also be the cause of showing avatar “undefined.png” to anonymous browsing, but showing the correct configured avatar to logged in users? On our Discourse (less than a week old), this happens on all user activity pages. Or is it this?
