I’m curious, why is [Sondage pour le chat](https://meta.discourse.org/t/sondage-pour-le-chat/400955) not having the post voting, while [Paramètre par défaut lors la création d'un canal](https://meta.discourse.org/t/parametre-par-defaut-lors-la-creation-dun-canal/400956) does? Was the plugin enabled in between?
