직접 경험하지 않으셨다면, 브라우저 개발자 도구(데스크톱)의 콘솔 탭에서 오류가 있는지 확인하도록 사용자에게 스크린샷을 찍어달라고 요청할 수 있습니다.  
또한, 모든 주제에서 발생하는 문제인가요?  
모바일에서만 발생하는 문제인가요?
