I think each user can choose if they want the summary, or do not want it. Both settings are set to weekly summary. This is the individual setting for this user [image]

Are the summaries correctly sent to other users? /admin/email/sent Did the user check the spam folder? Do they receive other emails like notifications? Is there anything suspicious in /logs, just in case?

As I see, here admin/email/sent users get the messages. I can’t check all but there are many Discourse send only 1 mail 23 days ago to this user and she recieve (and open) it. It was not in the spams Nothing special in the logs
