# Espace avant la ponctuation automatiquement supprimé dans les titres de sujet

Hi.
After posting [this topic](https://forum.monocycle.info/t/quel-mono-pour-debutant-de-11-ans-1m40/23383) with a space before the question mark, I noticed that the space was removed from the title. I edited the title, added a space and validated the modification. The space was indeed removed.
In French, we put a space between question and exclamation marks. So in my opinion, Discourse shouldn’t remove this space in this case.

Désactivez donc cette option dans les paramètres du site. Je crois que cela s’appelle « title prettify » ?

L’option s’appelle « supprimer les espaces superflus du titre » (sous « embellir le titre ») et je ne me souviens pas l’avoir déjà vue, c’est une nouvelle option ?
