This usually means the IP is burned. Mail delivery relies heavily on the reputation of the IP the mail is coming from.

Now in hotmail, live, outlook, the email is not classified as spam, just not gmail.

Do some research. As I already told you, those are all one provider, and that provider is notorious for blocking emails.
