The source of sign ups can be analyzed through the [Data Explorer Plugin](https://meta.discourse.org/t/data-explorer-plugin/32566). For example, with the correct queries it is possible to establish how many users have made the sign up via the various methods that each site enabled or even the sign up data of a user in particular. The same thing is possible for the reasons if they have been added via Custom Fields or via SSO.
