# Spurious notification when navigating away from review queue after adding note

### Description:

[A new experimental review queue design has been released.](https://meta.discourse.org/t/a-new-review-queue-layout-with-all-new-features/388194) This includes a new feature where staff may attach notes to review items.

🐛 A spurious dialog appears when navigating away from the review queue page after adding a note to a review item:

> You didn’t submit your changes! Are you sure you want to leave?

### Reproducible steps:

1. Log into a forum where you have staff privileges.
2. If not already, enable the “ **Reviewable UI refresh** ” site setting for a user group of which you are a member.
3. Navigate to the review queue page (`/review`).
4. Add some text to the “ **Add a note to provide context to other moderators.** ” field on a review item.
5. Click the “ **Add note** ” button.
6. Click any link in the forum interface to navigate to a different page on the forum.

🐛 The “You didn’t submit your changes!” dialog appears, even though you did indeed submit your changes.

### Additional context:

I am of course not able to check whether the fault is reproducible on [try.discourse.org](http://try.discourse.org) due to lack of privileges. It is reproducible on [Arduino Forum](https://forum.arduino.cc/) in “[safe mode](https://meta.discourse.org/t/how-to-use-discourse-safe-mode/53504)”.
