# SSO Mecanism (Wordpress as SSO provider)

I am using SSO in Wordpress. My users are able to register in Wordpress and directly be logged in DIscourse. I manually disable Discourse email verification.

My question is: if a new Wordpress user is created, but he does not verify his account, will he be able to log in to discourse, since verification there is disabled?

If what you want is for your users not to be annoyed by Discourse emailing them when wordpress had already verified the address, there is a post describing how to skip sending that email and validate the account.
