# SSO Users counts by provider

Is there a way to gather information about the number of users coming in from different SSO providers? We are trying to get some insight into how our users are logging in. It appears there is a field on each user record for SSO but no report in the backend.

Yes, they are. I had some trouble finding that query. I’ve moved it to its own topic in the #howto:admins category, and tagged it with `data-explorer`: [Report number of users that have used each login method](https://meta.discourse.org/t/number-of-active-users-per-login-method/132943). I’m not sure this is the best way to classify these queries though.
