# Staff Application

Hello! Is it possible to have applications on here? Like a google form but on the forum?

You mean a dedicated space for staff applications on your forum?

You can create a category for that. Or ask for PMs to the current staff group.

I know what you mean. I have wanted this feature as well but I think there is a way to achieve this through the user group. When a user requests to join a user group, the owner of that group will get a notification. Then perhaps a category can be created that has a specific template (like a form) where they can fill out and answer any questions.

I used to do this one of two ways:

1. You can create a custom link, which will pre-fill new topic or pm, so user will have a template :

2. If you need more customisation and something more sophisticated, you can also use this plugin:
