To improve the clarity of how they are used, we’ve renamed “Staff Notices” to “Official Notices”. This change acknowledges that both staff members and TL4 users can create these useful notices.

Additionally, notices now display the author’s name and link to their profile, providing more transparency about who posted them. This authorship information is only visible to staff:

This update makes it clearer who can create notices while maintaining their official nature and improving attribution.
